Our 5 step process goes like this:

We talk with you and get to understand your business, what are your frustrations what do you want out of your business and what system will best suite you.
Step 2. We get started and review your present system and the information that is currently available. There is a lot of work here, Bank Account, General Ledger and GST Reconciliations.
Step 3. With your accounts now up to date, we start analysing your figures and setting reports that help you manage your business. Together we identify the reports that will be useful to you in the day to day running of your business.
Step 4. Cashflow. We go though your numbers and identify where cash is locked up in you business and put in place the processes to improve the position. Debtor’s management is a key element of this process
Step 5. We free you to run your business and we now start the process of planning to help you plan where you want your business to go and how to do it. Fail to plan and you plan to fail.
